All garments must be returned by the agreed return date unless prior approval for an extension has been granted by The Dress Hire Society.
If a garment is not returned by the required return date and we are unable to make contact with you, we reserve the right to charge late fees, recover any losses incurred, and seek reimbursement for any affected future bookings.
If a garment is not returned within a reasonable timeframe, The Dress Hire Society reserves the right to pursue recovery of the garment through all available means, including debt collection services, legal action, or reporting the item as lost or stolen to the relevant authorities.
The renter may be held liable for the full retail value of the garment, any associated recovery costs, legal fees, debt collection fees, and any loss of rental income resulting from the failure to return the garment.
By placing a booking, the renter acknowledges that all garments remain the property of The Dress Hire Society at all times and must be returned in accordance with the agreed rental terms.
