Pick-Up Try Ons
We do try-ons a little differently to other rental companies! As we're primarily an online business, we offer pick-up try-ons for local customers (please note we do not offer postal try-ons).
Try-ons are available Monday to Friday, with flexible collection times arranged to suit both parties.
How It Works

Choose up to 5 garments to try on (subject to availability).

Collect your items and return them within a few hours. For example, collect at 2:00pm and return by 5:00pm.

You can take the garments home to try on, or if you're travelling from further away, many customers choose to use the changing rooms at The Warehouse in Rolleston.
Try-On Fees

$10.00 for up to 5 garments.

If you return and collect another selection of 1–5 garments immediately afterwards, or book another try-on on a different day, an additional $5.00 fee applies.

Try-on fees are non-refundable and non-redeemable.

Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded.
Availability
Our stock is constantly changing, so we generally only book try-ons within one week of the appointment date.
While we do our best to reserve your selected garments, availability cannot always be guaranteed. If a garment becomes unavailable before your appointment, any associated $5.00 reservation fee will be refunded unless you choose to:

Reschedule your appointment,

Continue with your remaining selected garments, or
-
Choose alternative garments instead.
Garment Care
Please ensure you are free from fake tan, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or strong odours when trying on our garments.
Any item returned with marks, stains, odours, makeup, fake tan, or other damage may incur the full rental fee.
Booking a Try-On
To arrange a pick-up try-on, please send us a message via Instagram DM or email with the garments you'd like to try. We'll then let you know our next available appointment times.
