Please note that postage costs are determined by our courier providers and may vary depending on the size, weight, and packaging requirements of your rental.

We stop accepting postage bookings for the upcoming weekend at 6pm on Wednesday. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order before this cut-off time if you require courier delivery.

Failure To Return A Rental

If a garment is not returned by the agreed return date and no extension has been approved, The Dress Hire Society reserves the right to take appropriate action to recover the garment and any associated costs.

This may include charging late fees, seeking reimbursement for loss of rental income, engaging debt collection services, pursuing legal action, or reporting the garment as lost or stolen where appropriate.

The renter may be held liable for the full retail value of the garment, along with any recovery, collection, legal, or administrative costs incurred as a result of the garment not being returned.
